MEET BROOKE

Brooke created Balance by Brooke because mindful movement changed every aspect of her life. For years she searched for classes that delivered real results without losing the shift that happens when movement is paired with intention. She never found it, so she built it. Today she believes that when you commit to daily movement, ritual, and meditation, even just 10 minutes a day, everything can change.
